Rebecca E. Kuehn

Rebecca E. Kuehn is a Partner at Hudson Cook, LLP in Washington, D.C., where she chairs the firm’s Credit Reporting, Privacy, and Data Security Practice Group. Becki advises businesses that leverage consumer data for analytics and decisioning on compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), financial and consumer privacy laws, fair lending, and other federal and state regulations.

Before joining Hudson Cook, Becki served as Vice President and Senior Regulatory Counsel at CoreLogic, providing guidance to the company’s consumer reporting businesses on a wide range of consumer data and privacy-related regulatory issues. She previously held the position of Assistant Director for the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she led enforcement, policy, outreach, and rulemaking activities for the FTC’s FCRA program.

Becki is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, Co-Chair of the Women Advocate Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America© 2025 – Banking and Finance Law.
